Ren Jun, general manager of Jianghai water company, told reporters that with the increasing number of enterprises in the park, the existing water supply capacity has been unable to meet the further water demand of enterprises. In order to relieve the water pressure in Tongzhou Bay area, the industrial water plant came into being. On the basis of the formal water supply of the first phase project, the second phase construction will be started timely in the later stage according to the actual water consumption after the completion and operation of the settled projects in the park, so as to meet the industrial water demand of enterprises in the park to the maximum extent.

"In the past, enterprises had to buy tap water for production, and the cost was relatively high. Now, with industrial water, the price is cheaper, not to mention, the hardness of water is more in line with the needs of our printing and dyeing enterprises." Xiao Jisheng told reporters that if the hardness of the water is too high, the dyed fabric will be dark and not bright, and the machine is easy to scale. Now these "troubles" do not exist.

In view of the fact that there are many printing and dyeing enterprises in the textile industrial park, Jianghai water supplies has added a softening treatment process on the basis of conventional water treatment process. By adding sodium hydrochloride, sodium carbonate, carbon dioxide, etc., the content of calcium and magnesium plasma in raw water is reduced, so as to reduce the hardness of water. Generally, the hardness standard of tap water is that the content of calcium and magnesium compounds is less than 450 mg / L, while the hardness of water after softening treatment by the industrial water plant of Tongzhou Bay modern textile industrial park is less than 150 mg / L, so the enterprise does not need to remove the hardness of raw water.
