Jinying (600232) announced the 2022 ESOP (Draft) on the evening of September 6. The upper limit of the total amount of funds raised by the ESOP is no more than RMB 2004.43 million. Employees participating in the ESOP take "shares" as subscription units, each share is 1 yuan, and the total number of shares of ESOP is no more than 2004.43 million shares, The final subscription amount shall be subject to the actual payment amount.

The share source of the ESOP is the shares repurchased by the special securities account of the company. After the employee stock ownership plan is approved by the general meeting of shareholders of the company, it is proposed to transfer no more than 7709342 shares of shares purchased by the company through non transaction transfer and other laws and regulations. The transfer price is determined by referring to 50% of the average price of 5.1937 yuan / share of the company's average repurchase price.
