Jiangsu Sunshine'S Drop Limit Due To Filing Investigation
On the evening of September 15, Jiangsu Sunshine (600220) announced that Yu Qinfen, acting in concert with the controlling shareholder of the company, intends to increase the holding of the company's shares through centralized bidding trading and block trading of the Shanghai Stock Exchange in the next six months by means of his own account or the trust plan and asset management plan established by him, with the number of increased shares no less than 17.8335 million and no more than 35.6668 million, That is to say, the proportion of increased shares shall not be less than 1% and no more than 2% of the total share capital of the company.
According to the announcement, Yu Qinfen's proposed increase is based on confidence in the future development of listed companies and recognition of the long-term investment value of the company.
It is worth mentioning that on the evening of September 14, Jiangsu Sunshine disclosed the information of being put on file for investigation for suspected illegal information disclosure. On September 15, Jiangsu Sunshine "one" fell to a limit, closing at 3.11 yuan per share, with a total market value of 5.546 billion yuan.
