Jinying shares (600232) announced on the evening of September 22 that the board of directors of the company recently received a written resignation application from financial director Ling Hongzhang. Ling Hongzhang applied to resign from the position of CFO due to personal reasons, and he will no longer hold any post in the company after resignation. According to relevant regulations, his resignation application shall take effect from the date when it is delivered to the board of directors.
Before the appointment of a new CFO by the board of directors of the company, pan Mingzhong, director and general manager of the company, will temporarily perform the duties of CFO.
