Two years ago, Nursimangu Reheman opened a clothing store in the urban area of Tumushuke, the third division of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, acting as an agent for women's brand underwear and supplying it to the urban area and surrounding counties and cities. Recently, she applied for a business guarantee loan of 100000 yuan.

With this money, Nursimangu Rehemann would not have to worry about the shortage of purchase funds. During the Spring Festival, stores were in short supply and business was hot.

"On December 18 last year, I applied for a business guarantee loan of 100000 yuan, and on January 9 this year, I arrived in the card. Business was particularly good in January, and I made 50000 yuan. I'm so happy. This year, I will make good money and buy a shop at the end of the year." She said.

These days, in the first phase workshop of a textile technology company in Xinjiang, the air-jet loom is fully powered and the machine is roaring. The workshop foreman Ibadati Apiz shuttles back and forth to check the loom operation and fabric quality.

Ibadati Apiz, from Yecheng County, graduated from Tumushuke Vocational College last year. Through local professional technical training, he signed up with enterprises to obtain employment.

"I came here to work in July last year. Now I am a small monitor, managing 20 workers in the workshop, with a monthly income of 4000 yuan. I like this job very much. As long as I work hard, my salary will rise," Ibadati Apiz said.

More than 20 people, like Ibadati Apiz, have been working steadily in enterprises. During the Spring Festival, they worked overtime to get orders.

Since entering Tumushuke Economic Development Zone in March last year, the company has put 168 air jet looms and front sizing cars in Phase I into production, and the average monthly output of corduroy is about 900000 meters. This year, the enterprise will continue to expand its production scale and strive to make a good start in the first month.

Wu Yihong, assistant to the general manager and production director of the company, told the reporter that the company is currently working on a batch of orders for 700000 meters of flannelette, which is expected to be completed around February 20. This year, the enterprise will gradually expand its scale. The second phase of the project will start in March. It is expected that new machines and equipment will enter the factory in May. It is planned to put into operation in June, and 50-60 employees will be recruited later.

Since the beginning of the new year, Tumushuke City, the third division, has increased employment assistance, escorted enterprises and individual businesses, actively linked enterprise employment and residents' entrepreneurship and employment, and accelerated the implementation of entrepreneurship and employment support policies; Actively carried out various professional and technical training, benefiting 600 employees, and 378 employees from 10 enterprises have signed contracts at designated points.
