Announcement of the Tariff Commission of the State Council on the Tenth Exclusion and Extension List of Goods Subject to Tariff Imposition by the United States and Canada

Tax Commission Announcement No. 1 of 2023

According to the Announcement of the Tariff Commission of the State Council on the Eighth Extension of Exclusion List of Goods Subject to Tariff Imposition on the United States (No. 7 of 2022), the eighth extension of exclusion list of goods subject to tariff imposition on the United States will expire on February 15, 2023. The Tariff Commission of the State Council decides to extend the exclusion period for relevant commodities according to procedures. Relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

From February 16, 2023 to September 15, 2023, the goods listed in the annex will continue to be exempt from the tariffs that we have imposed for the anti US 301 measures.
