Labor Market: Lanxi Textile Special Job Fair Is Held At The "Gate Of Home"
Yesterday morning, the special job fair for textile and clothing enterprises (the second one) held by Lanxi Human Resources and Social Security Bureau was held in the odd jobs market.
The purpose of this job fair is to alleviate the current situation of difficult recruitment in the textile industry, help textile enterprises to recruit workers in the technical industry, promote the employment of key groups, provide "zero distance" docking assistance for migrant workers, professionals, people with employment difficulties and other willing workers, and help Lanxi build a "typical industrial city in the new era".
Job seekers were enthusiastic at the job fair. "I'm very happy to be able to find a job at home." Wang, a job seeker, said that special job fairs like this one have high job matching, large space to choose from, and a much higher success rate. The reporter learned from the relevant departments that there were nearly 30 household enterprises in this job fair, including Yunshan Textile, Golden Shuttle Textile, Lu Sheng Textile, Xinhai Textile, Qijin Textile, and so on, which provided nearly 1000 jobs, such as blocking workers, sample clothes workers, warp knitting workers, automatic reeding workers, comprehensive workers, inspection workers, and fabric restorers.
At the same time, the recruitment fair opened an online recruitment channel on Lanxi Talent Network, taking "Internet+" as the starting point, making full use of the new media platform, actively creating a new digital recruitment mode of "employment service does not close, online recruitment does not stop", building a bridge between enterprises and job seekers, and providing better and more comprehensive services for enterprises and job seekers.
