Lianzhou Plans To Train Thousands Of "Skilled Sewing Workers" For Free

Recently, the first "one needle and one line" public welfare skills training for textile and clothing skilled talents in Lianzhou City was opened in the school. The city plans to complete the training goal of 1000 people in half a year by November this year, providing talent support for Guangqing's 100 billion mu textile industry cluster.

Guangqing Textile and Garment Industry Orderly Transfer Park Project is the first park in Guangdong specifically built for the "textile and garment industry" in a real sense, and also the first park specifically undertaking the orderly transfer of industries in Guangdong. Lianzhou, which is located in the north of Guangdong Province, has many people who are skilled in sewing. In order to seize the opportunity of the construction of Guangqing Textile and Clothing Industrial Park for orderly transfer, Lianzhou fully supports and cooperates with Guangqing Textile and Clothing Industrial Park. To this end, Lianzhou launched the "one needle, one line" public welfare skills training for textile and clothing skilled personnel, and accelerated the reserve of a number of skilled personnel in the textile and clothing industry to meet the employment needs of the transfer park.

A total of 120 trainees participated in the training. The training lasts for 12 days. It combines theory with practice, and invites experienced experts and teachers to give lectures. The main contents of the training include basic knowledge of industrial lockstitch sewing machine, basic sewing process, parts manufacturing and other related knowledge. After passing the assessment, the certificate of Qingyuan "one needle, one thread" textile skills training will be issued, and priority will be given to relevant enterprises in Guangqing Textile Industrial Park for employment.
