Wang said that the industrial chain is the backbone of the manufacturing industry and an important carrier for building a modern industrial system. The special exchange activity of specialized and special new enterprises in the textile and clothing industry chain is a specific arrangement to promote the implementation of the national "one hundred enterprises" and the "ten ten enterprises" in Shandong Province. It is also a practical measure to implement the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and other 11 departments to carry out "joint action" to promote the integration and development of large, small and medium-sized enterprises. Since 2021, Shandong has been carrying out the activities of financing and fixing the chain. Through unremitting exploration and practice, the level of activities has been gradually improved, the docking strength has been continuously increased, and the docking scope has been expanded. It has effectively solved the problems encountered in the financing and development of large, small and medium-sized enterprises in the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain, and has strengthened and improved the resilience and competitiveness of the industrial chain supply chain It has played a positive role in ensuring the safety and stability of the industrial chain supply chain.

Weiqiao Textile Co., Ltd., the main enterprise of the chain, focused on the direction of product use and the demand for technical cooperation, 6 textile and clothing enterprises, 4 industry, university and research institutions and enabling institutions introduced products from the perspective of matching the demand of the industrial chain. Weiqiao Textile signed strategic cooperation agreements with China Textile Academy Green Fiber Co., Ltd. and Dishang Group respectively, and will deepen cooperation in product development, brand expansion and other aspects. During the activity, 35 participating enterprises and chain owners reached 46 cooperation intentions on site, and 23 enterprises in the chain reached 38 cooperation intentions.

More than 100 people attended the meeting, including the China Textile Industry Federation, Shandong Federation of Industry and Commerce, Shandong Enterprise Confederation, Shandong Textile and Garment Industry Association, as well as industry university research, digital empowerment, financial service institutions, and principals of key textile and garment enterprises in Shanghai, Jiangsu, Hebei, Henan, Shandong and other provinces and cities.
