Local Project: Spinning And Weaving Project Of Xinjiang Changrun Textile Technology Co., Ltd

On July 6, the foundation laying ceremony of the spinning and weaving project of Xinjiang Changrun Textile Technology Co., Ltd. was held in the Alar Economic and Technological Development Zone (hereinafter referred to as the Economic and Technological Development Zone). The official commencement of the project marks the substantive stage of investment.

The spinning and weaving project of Xinjiang Changrun Textile Technology Co., Ltd. plans to invest a total of 1.18 billion yuan to build 300000 spindle combed ring spinning compact spinning and 300 air jet looms, covering an area of 351 mu. When the project is completed and put into production, it is expected to achieve an annual output value of 1.8 billion yuan, an annual tax revenue of more than 60 million yuan, and more than 1300 jobs.

In recent years, relying on rich cotton resources, preferential policy advantages and high-quality services, the Economic Development Zone has successfully attracted a large number of outstanding textile and clothing enterprises to gather in the Economic Development Zone. So far, 52 textile and clothing enterprises have settled in the ETDZ, including 28 textile and clothing enterprises above designated size. Nearly 1.9 million spindles, 5557 looms, 2484 hosiery machines, 340000 tons of viscose fiber and 300000 tons of polyester filament have been built, forming an annual production capacity of 20000 tons of towels, more than 200 million pairs of socks, 165000 tons of dyeing and finishing, and the whole industrial chain has gradually taken shape.
