Recently, on the public service platform in Pudong, the Yangtze River Delta National Technology Innovation Center helped four enterprises in the upstream and downstream of the textile industry chain to find technical solutions by organizing "crowdfunding research", thus exploring a new cooperation model and mechanism for centralized sorting out and joint tackling of major common problems in the industry. By using crowdfunding scientific research, refining common needs, mobilizing enterprise enthusiasm, and organizing scientific research forces to focus on key problems, it can not only solve common problems in the industrial chain, help enterprises accelerate the application of new technologies, but also improve the overall development level of the industry.

It is reported that "Crowdfunding" generally refers to the research and development of a scientific research project through multi party funding. This scientific research method is common in the United States and Western Europe, such as the British Welding Research Institute (TWI), the Netherlands Polymer Institute (DPI), and so on. There are many successful cases of crowdfunding to solve common problems in the industry. This mode not only solves the capital demand in the R&D process, but also facilitates the efficient transformation of R&D achievements and greatly improves the R&D efficiency.

Regenerated composite functional fiber material is a composite functional fabric that integrates multiple functions such as UV resistance, instant cooling, moisture absorption and quick drying, and antibacterial. At present, there are single functional fiber fabrics in the domestic and foreign markets, but the development and production of fiber fabrics with multiple functions is still a common problem in the textile industry. Because the development process of this multi-functional fiber material is complex, the development cycle is long, and the technical difficulties are high, and it involves multiple processes of the industrial chain, such as master batch granulation, fiber drawing, spinning and weaving, and the final clothing products, it is difficult for a single enterprise to organize the whole process of R&D and production.

There is a huge demand in the market, a single enterprise has a large coefficient of difficulty to complete, and technology needs to be tackled by upstream and downstream enterprises. In the long-term research, the Yangtze River Delta National Innovation Center has keenly found this common technical problem. Through a series of work such as multiple visits to enterprises, visiting experts, and organizing demonstrations, the National Innovation Center has re sorted out and refined the technical problems, In combination with the industrial development in the Yangtze River Delta, Shanghai Jialinjie Textile Technology Co., Ltd., Shanghai Defulun New Material Technology Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Zhongyuan Industrial Group Co., Ltd. and Suzhou Baolidi Material Technology Co., Ltd. were organized and selected as four upstream and downstream enterprises in the industry, This technical problem was solved by means of "crowdfunding scientific research": the above four enterprises and the Yangtze River Delta National Technology Center jointly funded and released the list on the Pudong unveiling platform to seek solutions.

Under the active promotion and coordination of Guochuang Center, after several rounds of technical scheme screening, Jicui Advanced Fiber Materials Research Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Fiber Institute") was successfully unveiled, and will carry out project research and development in accordance with the agreed technical scheme and implementation plan. On September 8, the Yangtze River Delta National Innovation Center, together with four listed enterprises, signed a cooperative research and development agreement on renewable composite functional fiber materials with the unveiling party - Jicui Advanced Fiber Materials Research Institute. The research and development achievements belong to the joint ownership of the participating enterprises and the unveiling party.
