On October 7, the special exchange activity of "one benchmarking and three docking" of Shandong cotton textile industry chain was held in Dezhou.

Dong Kuiyong pointed out in his speech that Shandong is a major province of traditional cotton textile in China, and also a major province of cotton textile technology innovation. Its research direction and product innovation have a strong leadership for the country. Over the years, Shandong has not only listed the modern light industry and textile industry as one of the "top ten" industries in the transformation of old and new drivers, but also listed the textile and clothing industry as one of the 11 symbolic industrial chains in the province, and continued to increase planning guidance and policy supply. The successful practice of the "chain leader system" working mechanism in Shandong Province has further promoted the cotton textile industry to a new level in terms of innovation chain, financial chain, talent chain and other financial and fixed chains. This special docking activity hopes that Shandong Province will focus on manufacturing in building a modern textile industry system, focus on the real economy, fully implement the five key tasks set out in the Platform for Action, maintain a strong and stable industrial position, ensure the safety and health of the industrial chain, adapt to diversified consumption needs, unblock the domestic and international double circulation, and improve the level of sustainable development.

Guan Xiaoyan said that the textile and clothing industry is a traditional industry with a long history, but also an important pillar industry of Shandong industry, covering all sub categories from front-end textile, intermediate printing and dyeing, to terminal clothing, home textile, industry and so on. In 2022, the top ten cotton textile industry revenue in China will be 5 in Shandong Province. As an important cotton spinning base in the province, Dezhou is a famous differential and functional yarn base in China, leading the development trend of differential and functional yarns in China.

Since this year, we have systematically planned and improved the work of the industrial chain, and carried out the activity of "one benchmarking and three docking" of the industrial chain as a whole. "One benchmarking" means benchmarking improvement. This benchmarking enterprise is Hengfeng Group. As the main chain enterprise in Dezhou, Hengfeng Group has management advantages, technical advantages and R&D advantages; "Three docking", docking upstream and downstream, docking industry university research, docking service providers, providing enterprises with intelligent transformation, financing listing, online marketing, brand building and other professional services, and comprehensively improving the level of industrial chain modernization.

Sun Hongchang pointed out in his speech that the industrial chain is the backbone of the manufacturing industry and an important carrier for building a modern industrial system. The textile and clothing industry chain in Dezhou is one of the 12 symbolic industry chains in Dezhou. In recent years, excellent enterprises and clusters such as Hengfeng Group, Huayuan Ecology, Xiajin and Lingcheng textile industry clusters have emerged, creating the largest differentiated spinning base in China with an annual capacity of about 6 million spindles.

It is hoped that universities and research institutes will continue to strengthen the docking and integration of the industrial chain with the textile and clothing enterprises in Dezhou, enable more technologies, channels, projects and other resources of the textile and clothing industry in Dezhou, deepen the cooperation of the whole industrial chain, and promote the win-win situation of the whole industry.

They have successively won the honors of "China's geosynthetics production base", "China's famous city of geotextile materials", "Shandong famous city of industrial textile materials", and "Lingcheng new textile" industrial cluster regional brand construction pilot. Lingcheng will continue to explore and innovate, lead the development trend of the industry, and show the textile industry a "new look of the new Lingcheng new industry" with the goal of integrating innovation and common development.
