Field Facts

This competition has two types of work: weaving and warping. The examination content includes Theoretical, offline knotting and operation of corresponding types of work Three major projects. A total of 87 players from 6 provinces participated in the competition, including 53 weavers and 34 warpers.

Theoretical knowledge is the content that textile operators should know, and all barricades must be proficient in it. Only with solid theoretical knowledge can we clarify job responsibilities, job standards, job requirements, and the direction and significance of job promotion. Therefore, the theory test must be a compulsory item in the competition.

Off plane knotting competition

Knotting is the basic skill of various operation types in the weaving industry, which has strict requirements on speed and quality. We specially set up a single knotting award to award prizes and certificates to players. We hope that players can attach importance to and lay a solid foundation for their basic skills.

Weaving and warping is an important type of work in the industry. In this contest, the items of fabric operation examination include threading and twisting of edgewise, warp breaking treatment and weft breaking treatment. The items of warping operation examination are arranging and knotting. The key point of the project assessment is the operation speed, operation specification and operation quality of the players.

The contestants in this competition are all outstanding staff representatives who stick to the production line, and they fully displayed their own style on the field.
