Focusing on getting through the blocking points of printing and dyeing, Zhoukou Bureau of Industry and Information Technology took the lead in formulating the Development Plan of Zhoukou Printing and Dyeing Industry, guiding relevant counties and cities to carry out targeted business selection and investment promotion activities, so as to make up for the weakness of the industry.

At present, Zhoukou has an annual spinning capacity of 870000 tons, 81000 tons of knitted fabrics, 900 million meters of woven fabrics, and an annual processing capacity of 900 million pieces of clothing. It has formed a textile and clothing industry chain led by Taikang Yinxin Cotton Industry, Shangshui Shengtai Textile, Alban Garment, Fugou Shuitian Garment, and a cosmetics industry chain led by Luyi featured cosmetic brush and Xiangcheng Lepu Medical Beauty. The scale of textile and clothing industry ranks first in the province, and it is one of the 22 100 billion level industrial clusters that Henan Province focuses on building.
