Sharing Engineers To Help Printing And Dyeing Enterprises "Go Up Spring Mountain"
The output of printing and dyeing fabrics of enterprises above the designated size nationwide reached 55.882 billion meters, up 1.3% year on year. This is the report card handed over by the printing and dyeing industry in 2023.
Stimulated and driven by the policy support of "stabilizing growth and promoting consumption", the continuous recovery of the domestic market of textiles and clothing, and the short-term recovery of international market demand at the end of the year, the production situation of China's printing and dyeing industry has gradually improved over the past year, and the economic operation has shown a sustained recovery trend.
How to continue to move steadily in the new year? As industry experts specialized in answering questions and answering questions for printing and dyeing enterprises, engineers in Shaoxing (Keqiao) Printing and Dyeing Industry Engineer Collaborative Innovation Center (hereinafter referred to as "Innovation Center") already have answers in their hearts.
Improve "green content"
"Green content" means "gold content", which is deeply felt by printing and dyeing engineers.
Wei Qianyang, the current full-time (shared) engineer of the Innovation Center, and the vice president of the Keqiao Textile Industry Innovation Research Institute of Xi'an University of Engineering, will serve more than 50 enterprises in 2023, meet more than 200 needs of enterprises, and solve more than 20 technical problems of enterprises.
"In my work, I always adhere to the theme of green environmental protection and energy conservation and consumption reduction, and continue to provide enterprises with services such as fabric development, equipment transformation, process optimization and technology upgrading." Wei Qianyang told the China Textile News that in 2023, his main technologies and products such as floating ball energy-saving steam trap and efficient soaping agent were widely used in printing and dyeing enterprises, The water and steam saving efficiency of relevant enterprises has been improved, bringing better economic and social benefits to enterprises.
Turning to the development priorities of the printing and dyeing industry in 2024, Wei Qianyang pointed out that with the increasing global attention to environmental protection, printing and dyeing enterprises need to pay more attention to environmental protection and sustainable development. Printing and dyeing enterprises can use more environmentally friendly dyes and auxiliaries to reduce energy consumption and waste water discharge.
Wu Huaping, a full-time (shared) engineer of the Innovation Center and the fashion director of Zhejiang University of Technology Shaoxing Keqiao Research Institute, also has the same view. Through investigation, he found that most of the more than 400 textile stamping processing enterprises in Keqiao District still use oil soluble resin as adhesive. This kind of adhesive is mostly diluted with organic solvents such as butanone, methyl acetate, ethyl acetate, etc., which causes serious environmental pollution, has a great impact on the health of workshop operators, and has potential production safety hazards; At the same time, the existing environmental protection equipment is not enough to completely deal with the problem of exhaust emissions, so it is urgent to research and develop environmental friendly adhesives and their supporting bronzing technology.
"For this reason, we have developed a new technology of water-based adhesive bronzing process to replace the use of organic solvents to dilute the oily resin bonding materials, reduce the pressure of organic solvent volatilization and production safety problems in the production process, which is environmentally friendly, safe and clean, and has achieved good economic benefits, saved costs for enterprises, and has been recognized by relevant enterprises." Wu Huaping pointed out that, At present, the textile printing and dyeing industry is facing great pressure of change, and green development is an economic growth mode with efficiency, harmony and sustainability as the goal. Printing and dyeing enterprises should attach importance to sustainable development, take green production as the top priority of enterprises, and always tighten the string of green production.
Increase "new content"
In the face of increasingly fierce market competition, printing and dyeing enterprises need to make breakthroughs in new technologies, make achievements in new products, and focus on publicity if they want to seize the "C" position and step onto the "mountain top".
For Duan Yafeng, a full-time (shared) engineer of the Innovation Center and director of Shaoxing Textile Engineering Society, 2023 will be a harvest year. In this year, he focused on the application of new materials such as polylactic acid fiber and PBS fiber, focused on the design of outdoor fashionable fabrics with waterproof and moisture permeable composite functions and their ready to wear schemes, paid attention to the method and equipment of special fiber warp direct supply shaftless disc opening multi twist weaving, and carried out a lot of work in many aspects such as the AI design of printed fabric patterns combined with real scene elements.
Duan Yafeng stressed: "Now the market trend is changing rapidly, printing and dyeing enterprises should use new functional materials to develop original fashion products, and further enhance their brand advantages and core competitiveness of key technologies."
Shen Yifeng, a full-time (shared) engineer of the Innovation Center and chief engineer of Zhejiang University of Technology Shaoxing Keqiao Research Institute, will also be busy in 2023. He and his team, through systematic research on yarn, weaving and dyeing and finishing processes, cooperated with cooperative enterprises to carry out technology and product development around green dyeing and finishing, functional products, energy saving and carbon reduction related fields. The functional new fabric developed by us has won the Excellence Award of China Fashion Fabric Design Competition and China International Fabric Design Competition.
In his opinion, it is particularly important for printing and dyeing enterprises to improve their internal skills and characteristics. "In the face of uncertain market environment, strong product R&D capability is the most reliable 'sea calming needle' for enterprises," Shen Yifeng said.
According to the data of the National Bureau of Statistics, in 2023, the operating income of printing and dyeing enterprises above designated size nationwide will be 298.615 billion yuan, up 1.44% year on year; The total profit was 13.915 billion yuan, up 9.26% year on year.
"Printing and dyeing enterprises still have a lot of room for progress in new product development and market expansion." Wei Qianyang suggested, "With the increasing diversification of consumer demand for textiles, printing and dyeing enterprises need to pay attention to changes in market demand, and constantly innovate and upgrade products. This includes developing new dyes and auxiliaries, improving the level of printing and dyeing technology, and providing customized products and services. ”He also proposed that printing and dyeing enterprises can improve brand awareness and competitiveness by attending exhibitions, strengthening marketing and expanding sales channels.
Create talent "engine"
Of course, talent is the foundation of industry development, and the development of the industry cannot be separated from talent's "metabolism", whether it is to improve the "green content" or increase the "new content". Only by continuously injecting fresh blood into the industry can we better promote the development of the industry.
However, the difficulty in recruiting and retaining talents has always been a pain point in the development of printing and dyeing enterprises. The reporter heard a similar voice more than once in the interview. Especially as the printing and dyeing industry continues to move towards high-quality development, the demand for professional and technical personnel is particularly urgent.
"Only through talent gathering and resource integration can enterprises go all out to implement energy-saving and carbon reduction green technology innovation, as well as digital and intelligent technology innovation, and use new functional materials to develop original fashion new products, to further enhance the enterprise brand advantage and core competitiveness of key technologies." Duan Yafeng revealed that in 2024, he would like to use the power of the platform, Integrate local talent resources, carry out value exploration and development of relevant big data for digital platforms/applications such as "Textile Printing and Dyeing Brain" and "Zheli Engineer", and assist enterprises in exploring and utilizing the potential value and benefits of big data in intelligent manufacturing systems.
Wu Huaping said that in order to attract and retain talents, printing and dyeing enterprises need to make changes in culture, management system and incentive system. "Only by establishing a sound talent incentive mechanism can enterprises give better play to the creativity of talents."
In recent years, the printing and dyeing industry has experienced a serious brain drain, and the migration of talents between industries and posts has become increasingly frequent. Wei Qianyang stressed that enterprises should not only establish a perfect talent gradient, but also actively seek cooperation and innovation to jointly promote industrial upgrading and development through cooperation with upstream and downstream enterprises, scientific research institutions, etc. Wei Qianyang said, "In 2024, printing and dyeing enterprises need to pay more attention to environmental protection and sustainable development, digital and intelligent transformation, market demand changes, brand building and market expansion, talent training and introduction, cooperation and innovation, etc. Only by continuous innovation and improving their own strength, can enterprises remain invincible in the fierce market competition."
