On July 16-19, Li Lingshen, Vice President of China Textile Federation, Li Guimei, President of the Middle Class Association, and Ji Jianbing, Vice President led a team to Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai to investigate key textile enterprises for industries such as Sunshine Healthcare, Jiangyin Jinfeng, Shixing Textile and Finishing, Suzhou Yaochen, Xinghui New Material, Chuangmai Medical, SOLID, Hengli Chemical Fiber, Youfu Shares Guxiandao Green Fiber and other leading enterprises of polyester industrial yarn. The research team visited the production workshop and laboratory of the enterprise, and discussed with the main person in charge of the enterprise to understand the production and operation of the enterprise in detail, especially the excellent practices of the enterprise in the cooperation of production, learning and research, product development, application promotion and differentiated development, and listened to the suggestions of the enterprise on the industry service work under the new situation.

Sunshine Healthcare Technology Jiangyin Co., Ltd. and Jiangyin Jinfeng Special Textile Co., Ltd. are two nonwoven enterprises located in Jiangyin, Jiangsu Province. Sunshine Healthcare was founded in 2017, mainly engaged in spunbonded, melt blown and spunlaced nonwovens and products. Jiangyin Jinfeng, founded in the 1990s, is an earlier enterprise engaged in spunbonded and melt blown nonwovens in China. In 2024, both companies overcame the adverse effects of declining demand for medical and health care market and fierce competition in the industry after the epidemic, maintained a high capacity utilization rate, and used their own advantages to strengthen new product development, expand application fields, and improve enterprise development resilience through diversified markets and applications.

Both Shixing Textile and Finishing (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. and Suzhou Yaochen New Material Co., Ltd. are located in Shengze, Suzhou. They are mainly engaged in the production of protective, special textiles and high-grade fabrics. Zhejiang Xinghui New Material Technology Co., Ltd., founded in 2019, has a complete production process chain of carbon fiber composites. Its products include carbon fiber insulation felt, carbon/carbon composites, etc., which are mainly used in photovoltaic, semiconductor, high-temperature metallurgy, architecture, aviation/aerospace and other fields. Its products have high technology content and are in a rapid growth period in recent years, The newly invested project of the company will realize the continuous production of carbon/carbon composite materials on the assembly line. Chuangmai Medical Textile Business Department is mainly engaged in the research, development and production of advanced interventional medical device textile substrates, such as various stents, blood vessels, patches, ligaments. The products have broken the foreign monopoly, successfully achieved clinical application, and made contributions to the independent control of the key supply chain of high-end medical devices and the protection of people's life and health.

Guxiando Green Fiber, Hengli Chemical Fiber, Youfu Shares and SOLIDE are the leading enterprises in the field of polyester industrial yarn in China, and their output ranks first, second, fourth and sixth respectively in China. The research team said that polyester industrial yarn is an important fiber raw material for industrial textiles. The Association hopes to give full play to the system advantages of China's textile industry, further strengthen communication and cooperation with chemical fiber and other industrial chain partners, and jointly carry out in-depth cooperation in demand mining, product development, quality standards, application development and green development, so as to establish reasonable prices A sustainable supply chain system with stable supply and first-class quality.

During their stay in Jiangsu, the research team also visited the National Advanced Functional Fiber Innovation Center, and communicated with the person in charge of the center on the operation and industry services of the innovation center.
