On August 13, Jiangsu Hongdou Industrial Co., Ltd. issued an announcement on the change of the company's chairman. According to the announcement, the board of directors of Red Bean has recently received a written resignation report from Ms. Dai Minjun, the chairman of the company. On August 12, 2024, the company held the 15th interim meeting of the 9th Board of Directors, and the directors at the meeting unanimously agreed to appoint Mr. Zhou Hongjiang as the chairman of the board of directors and the chairman of the strategy committee of the board of directors. At the same time, he was removed as the vice chairman of the board of directors, and his tenure was the same as that of the 9th Board of Directors. In addition, Mr. Zhou Hongjiang's term of office is the same as that of the 9th Board of Directors, which was reviewed and approved at the meeting of the Board of Directors.

According to the relevant provisions of the Articles of Association, the chairman of the board of directors is the legal representative of the company. The legal representative of the company will be changed to Mr. Zhou Hongjiang accordingly, and the company will handle the industrial and commercial registration of the change of the legal representative as soon as possible.

It is reported that Ms. Dai Minjun applied to resign her position as Chairman of the Board of Directors and member of the Strategy Committee of the Board of Directors due to job adjustment. After resigning from the above position, Ms. Dai Minjun continued to serve as a director of the Company and a member of the Nomination Committee of the Board of Directors.
