The General Meeting Of Young Entrepreneurs Branch Of China Printing And Dyeing Industry Association Was Successfully Held
On December 3, the General Meeting of the Young Entrepreneurs Branch of China Printing and Dyeing Industry Association and the New Quality Development Exchange Meeting were successfully held in Xiaoshan, Hangzhou. With the theme of "new quality youth strength, innovation for the future", the conference reviewed and approved the work report of the first council and the list of directors of the second council of the Youth Entrepreneurs Branch of China Printing and Dyeing Industry Association. The second board of directors of the Youth Entrepreneurs Branch determined 36 directors, and Li Bin, chairman of Sanyuan Holding Group Co., Ltd., served as the new board chairman.
Li Lingshen, Vice President of the China Textile Industry Federation, Zhao Mingxia, Director of the International Trade Office of the China Textile Industry Federation and Vice President of the Industrial Economics Research Institute, Lin Lin, President of the China Printing and Dyeing Industry Association, Chen Zhihua, Chairman of the Board of Supervisors, Dong Shuxiu, Vice President, and more than 20 outstanding young entrepreneurs from printing and dyeing and industry chain related industries attended the meeting. The general meeting of Young Entrepreneurs Branch was presided over by Lin Lin, President of China Printing and Dyeing Industry Association, and the New Quality Development Exchange Meeting of Printing and Dyeing Industry was presided over by Li Bin, President of the Second Council of Young Entrepreneurs Branch.
At the meeting, young entrepreneurs respectively exchanged and discussed topics such as enterprise scientific and technological innovation, lean management, and new quality development of the industry, and made suggestions for the future work of the Young Entrepreneurs Branch.
Li Bin, the chairman of the new board of directors and the chairman of Sanyuan Group Holdings Co., Ltd., delivered a theme report entitled "Uprightness, innovation, inheritance of the Sanyuan spirit, and cohesion to explore new quality development". He shared around the printing and dyeing industry situation of Sanyuan Holding Group, enterprise transformation and upgrading practices, and the planning and layout of new quality development exploration of the printing and dyeing industry. He proposed that the printing and dyeing industry should cultivate new quality development power. First, we should promote the business model that attaches equal importance to both the international and domestic markets, distribution and processing, and enhance the growth power of enterprises; Second, we should focus on product innovation, technological innovation and equipment upgrading to accelerate the green, intelligent and high-end transformation; Third, we should continue to improve the competitiveness of enterprises with the support of governance optimization, management improvement and talent introduction.
In recent years, driven by tariff costs, friendly trade and other factors, backbone textile printing and dyeing enterprises have been increasingly aware of taking the initiative to carry out international layout. Zhao Mingxia, Director of the International Trade Office of the China Textile Industry Federation and Vice President of the Industrial Economics Research Institute, shared the report entitled "Trends in the Internationalization of China's Textile Industry". Through detailed data and fresh cases, she presented the characteristics of the international development trend of the textile industry, and shared the influencing factors of the internationalization of the textile industry, suggestions for preventing foreign investment risks, etc, It provides forward-looking guidance for printing and dyeing enterprises to steadily promote international productivity layout.
Huang Guanhua, executive director of Xurong Group, took his own enterprise as an example to make a report on "intelligent manufacturing helps printing and dyeing enterprises to open a new era of ESG". He shared the development history of Xurong Group's digital intelligence. Through digital technology and intelligent management innovation, the company gradually realized transparent production and intelligent manufacturing in the whole industry chain, and achieved remarkable results in reducing carbon emissions, promoting green production, optimizing supply chain management, etc., demonstrating the company's responsibility and responsibility. His sharing also provides inspiration for other enterprises to carry out digital transformation and ESG practice.
Chen Zhihua, Chairman of the Board of Supervisors of China Printing and Dyeing Industry Association, pointed out in his concluding speech that young people are the group with the most active innovative thinking. They can not only accept new technologies and new things as quickly as possible, but also bring new ideas, technologies and solutions, which is conducive to promoting the development of new quality productivity, and has important value in improving the innovation ability of the industry and promoting industrial upgrading. At present, China's printing and dyeing industry is still dominated by the processing mode. Faced with this situation, young entrepreneurs should adhere to both research and development and the market. They should not only attach importance to the construction of enterprises' research and development capacity, but also continue to promote the transformation of proprietary trade, and constantly improve the competitiveness of enterprises' products and market discourse.
Li Lingshen, Vice President of China Textile Industry Federation, pointed out in his concluding speech to the conference that young entrepreneurs, as high-level talents, provide important support for the development of new quality productivity and are the hope for the future development of the industry. He proposed three expectations to encourage young entrepreneurs together. First, young entrepreneurs should break through the barriers and become leaders of high-quality development in the industry. Young entrepreneurs should accurately grasp the trend, enhance new advantages of enterprise development with scientific and technological innovation, stimulate new momentum of enterprise development with transformation and upgrading, shape a new pattern of enterprise development with entrepreneurship, and unswervingly promote enterprise excellence and strength. Second, young entrepreneurs should explore and innovate, and be a pioneer in promoting innovation and development. Young entrepreneurs in the new era should actively participate in the exploration of the industry's scientific and technological frontier and key technological breakthroughs, and innovate boldly and diligently with an open new thinking that is both holistic and innovative, so as to inject fresh water into the development of new quality productivity. Third, young entrepreneurs should strengthen their responsibilities and become practitioners of social responsibility. Young entrepreneurs should strengthen their sense of social responsibility, explore and shape new economic paradigms, guide enterprises to develop better quality products and more advanced environmental technologies, and accelerate the development of the industry in the direction of intensification, reduction, low-carbon, recycling, and cleaning.
