Recently, news events related to the down garment market have aroused widespread concern in the society, and also affected the healthy and stable development of the entire industry and market. As practitioners of high-quality development of China's clothing industry, industry colleagues have the responsibility and obligation to work together to promote the healthy development of the industry. For this reason, the China Garment Association hereby launches this proposal, proposing that the majority of member enterprises continuously strengthen enterprise self-discipline, improve quality awareness, avoid internal competition, and create a good market environment for the development of consumers and the industry.

1、 Honest operation and strengthening enterprise self-discipline

Strictly abide by industry ethics, advocate honest operation, strictly abide by national laws and regulations on product quality, advertising, consumer rights and interests protection, ensure the legal compliance of enterprise market behavior, oppose false publicity, exaggeration and other unfair competition behaviors, and ensure the authenticity, accuracy and integrity of product information.

2、 Improve quality and boost consumer confidence

Establish and improve the quality management system, strictly control every link from product design, raw material procurement, production and processing to finished product inspection, and ensure that product quality meets national standards; Actively promote production transparency and product traceability, so that consumers can understand the source of raw materials, production process and quality assurance measures, and enhance consumer confidence.

3、 Improve after-sales service system and protect consumers' rights and interests

Establish and improve the after-sales service system, provide convenient and efficient after-sales service, and timely and properly handle consumer complaints, questions and feedback; Actively guide consumption, popularize common sense of purchasing and washing down clothing to consumers, and promote rational consumption; Cooperate with e-commerce platforms to jointly govern, and resist unfair competition behaviors such as disorderly low prices, scalping and speculation, and malicious defamation of friends.

4、 Innovate and develop to avoid internal competition

According to the enterprise's own characteristics and advantages, carry out differentiated development, strengthen technological R&D and innovation, improve the functionality, comfort and fashion of clothing products, and meet the increasingly diversified needs of consumers; Advocate win-win cooperation among enterprises, jointly maintain good market order and promote the healthy development of the industry through resource sharing, complementary advantages and other ways.
