       In 2024, the new policies and measures of the central and local governments will be introduced intensively, closely focusing on the direction guided by the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, involving digital transformation of enterprises, intelligent manufacturing, intelligent factories and other fields.
       The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and other departments issued the Implementation Guide for the Digital Transformation of Manufacturing Enterprises, implemented the deployment made by the central government to improve the system of promoting the deep integration of the real economy and the digital economy, and defined the path of digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises.
       In the key special project of the national key research and development plan "Intelligent Sensors", after being listed in spinning sensors in 2023, it was also listed in dyeing and finishing sensors in 2024, with financial support.
       In the list of 5G factories issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the number of textile enterprises listed has risen from 16 in 2023 to 30 in 2024; At the end of the year, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology publicized the first batch of excellent intelligent factories. The smart factory projects of textile enterprises such as Jialinjie, Bosideng, Home of Hailan, Xinfengming, Jinjiang Huayu, Weiqiao Textile, etc. were on the list, and the advanced models of intelligent manufacturing in the industry were increasing day by day.
       In order to encourage technology developers to play an important role, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the State Administration of Market Supervision announced the list of projects that will be "unveiled" for intelligent manufacturing system solutions in 2024, and the textile industry projects of Beizi Institute, Beijing Aerospace Star, Fujian Unicom, Shaoyang Textile Machinery, Guangzhou Intelligent Institute and other units were selected.
       Industry organizations actively carried out guidance and service activities. In July 2024, China Textile Federation held a conference on the integration of industrialization and industrialization in the textile industry to promote the transformation of the textile industry to high-end, intelligent and green; In December, the conference on digital transformation of the textile industry was held under the theme of "the future of digital reality integration weaving" to promote the deep integration of digital technology and the textile industry.
       5G Smart Factory Plays the Role of Demonstration Benchmark
       The "5G+Industrial Internet" model is widely integrated into all aspects of the textile industry. The enterprises selected in 2024 involve many industries, playing an advanced and typical role as a benchmark.
       Fujian Jinyuan Textile Co., Ltd., as a spinning enterprise, has cooperated with Fujian Unicom to establish a big data platform for smart factories. Through the deployment of 5G+edge computing capability, online data collection of the whole production process is realized. Through the real-time summary of data, the existing data models are integrated for big data analysis, so that enterprises can make intelligent decisions on the production process.
       Jiangxi Yiyang Textile Group has built a 3500 square meter intelligent warehouse for unmanned operation in its weaving production sector. The finished cloth is continuously sent to the warehouse through the overhead corridor bridge conveying system, and then sent to the designated storage location through the seamless connection between the automated guided vehicle and the stacker, greatly improving the storage capacity and daily throughput.
       The business suit factory of Youngor Group has established an intelligent hanging system covering the whole production line based on the 5G private network, connecting the customized cloud data and MES system on the line, and realizing the seamless connection of the integrated production process from cutting, sewing, ironing to warehousing and matching. The user's order data is connected with the intelligent hanging system in real time, and the process is automatically arranged through MES.
       As a chemical fiber enterprise, Tongkun Group has built a big data platform for polyester fiber industry chain based on the 5G private network, realizing the global visibility of the whole industry chain data across equipment, systems, factories and regions. Dozens of industrial APPs and dozens of industrial mechanism models and scenario applications have been developed, realizing the overall analysis of upstream and downstream businesses in the industrial chain.

       Development of new generation information technology enabling industry
       A new generation of information technology, such as artificial intelligence, has been deeply promoted to various fields of the textile industry, emerging a variety of application scenarios that reflect the characteristics of the industry, and clarifying the development direction of technology.
       Chemical fiber: Hengyi Group cooperated with Baidu and other units to develop the online inspection and grading technology project for the appearance defects of chemical fiber cakes. Using a number of in-depth learning AI technologies, the intelligent identification model for the appearance defects of chemical fiber cakes was developed, which solved the problem of identification and detection of fine denier yarns from multiple angles and in a wide range of views; A flexible quality control system has been developed, which can customize the grading rules for products of different batch numbers and achieve online accurate grading.

       Spinning: Donghua University, Wuxi Yimian and Jingwei Intelligent Company pioneered the roving spinning joint robot in the ring spinning frame automatic joint robot and its collaborative intelligent system project. Its joint time, joint success rate and scale stand rate are all superior to the international similar rail joint robot.        Wool textile: In the key technology project of digital design and manufacturing of high-end cashmere products, Kangsaini Company has developed the spinning process expert system, which realizes the precise control of yarn style, luster, color and shape structure; The interactive design of cashmere products based on artificial intelligence is innovated, and the exquisite digital presentation of cashmere fabric's shape, texture and movement deformation effect is realized; A cashmere yarn online quality monitoring and intelligent production scheduling system has been developed to ensure the quality requirements of personalized design and manufacturing of high-end cashmere products.
       Printing and dyeing: The intelligent weighing and distribution system of dyeing and chemical materials for printing and dyeing enterprises jointly developed by Shaoxing Fuyuan, Wuhan Textile University and other units has realized multi warehouse and multi-channel accurate measurement according to the process formula, and improved the dissolution speed and uniformity of powder dyes; The robot flow system of dye carrier adapted to the process needs to realize the clean and residue free transportation of dyes; The whole process modular control system and other software and hardware platforms can be seamlessly connected with the MES and ERP systems of the printing and dyeing factory, meeting the needs of intelligent production scheduling and realizing unattended operation.
       Knitting: the knitting intelligent manufacturing project carried out by Zhejiang University of Science and Technology and Hengqiang Company has developed the intelligent control system of full forming flat knitting machine, innovated the multivariable process parameter security encryption and efficient analytic deep learning algorithm, and realized the adaptive control of knitting apparel process parameters and high-quality manufacturing. At the same time, a digital plate making system for knitting process is equipped, and an industrial Internet platform for flat knitting machine production is created to realize the flexible production of knitted apparel in small batch and multi varieties.
       Clothing: Shanggong Fuyi and Tiangong University have integrated garment measurement module, garment CAD module, and cutting, embroidery and sewing equipment in the intelligent flexible production line for garment customization, realizing data connection between software and equipment; Based on the genetic algorithm, the layout scheme of the pieces is optimized, and the control system of the cutting machine, the pressing disc mechanism and the drilling device are developed.

The textile industry will continue to promote the deep integration of digital technology and advanced manufacturing, give play to the innovative leading role of the new generation of information technology such as artificial intelligence, vigorously develop new driving forces of the textile industry, accelerate the cultivation of new business forms and new models, and provide innovative driving force for high-quality development of the industry.
       The integration of digital technology and advanced manufacturing innovation is deepening
       The deep integration of digital technology and advanced manufacturing has become an inevitable trend in the development of the textile industry. With the rapid development of 5G, industrial Internet, big data and other technologies, textile enterprises have gradually integrated into an intelligent production management system based on digital equipment, network systems, and management information systems to achieve a fully integrated solution, build digital workshops and intelligent factories, and begin to cover the upstream and downstream industrial chains. In recent years, many enterprises have launched product oriented intelligent management platforms or industrial software while making their own digital transformation, forming targeted overall solutions and promoting the digital and intelligent transformation and upgrading of the whole industry.

For example, the achievements of intelligent spinning joint robot have attracted much attention; The application of intelligent AGV and intelligent robot in the intelligent logistics system is more and more, and the application mode is constantly innovating. The digital twin also has many successful cases, which can adapt to various complex transportation environments; The application of artificial intelligence algorithms in the integrated overall solution is more and more in-depth, such as intelligent scheduling of production planning, intelligent equipment scheduling, quality intelligent diagnosis, supply chain collaboration, etc., which have significantly improved the intelligent level of the integrated management system.
