On March 4, Cui Xueqin and Feng Lizhao, two "weavers" from Shijiazhuang, walked into the Great Hall of the People in Beijing together with NPC delegates from all over the country to participate in the preparatory meeting for the third session of the 14th National People's Congress. Before the meeting, Cui Xueqin and Feng Lizhao took a group photo outside the Great Hall of the People, leaving precious memories.

Before the meeting, Cui Xueqin and Feng Lizhao went deep into the grassroots to carry out investigation and research and carefully prepared proposals based on their own work practice and familiar fields. On their way to Beijing to attend the conference, they held a heated discussion with the representatives of their peers on issues of common concern, such as the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, the private economy, new quality productivity, and rural revitalization.
