At the same time, "incubating enterprises" also enjoy "free one-stop service" and other supporting policies such as free agent business, taxation, application for high and new technology enterprises, declaration of scientific and technological progress award, etc.

The SME loan guarantee fund and software park venture capital company established by the Fuzhou municipal government will give priority to the guarantee of the enterprises.

In the software park, the incubated software enterprises can purchase land or build their own houses, and they can give appropriate discount according to the selling price.

In addition to enjoying the concession of this regulation, the incubated enterprises can also enjoy the preferential policies of the existing state and city.

The software developers with advanced technical titles or major inventions and creations can be settled directly in the collective households of the software park. Their spouses and minor children can move along and provide care arrangements for their children's schooling. The overseas students who are enrolled in the incubator entrepreneurship enjoy the preferential policies of the municipal government in terms of residence right, spouse and children entering Fuzhou's household registration, housing purchase and their children's enrollment, and enjoy preferential rights, which may be exempted from the related expenses.

Since the entry of the two incubators, the rents within 100 square meters of the enterprises that have been incubated with the above mentioned incubators have been completely free in the first year and halved in second years, and have been collected in full in third years.
