Zhao Xinjiang, who lives in Beiyuan, Tongzhou District, is 38 years old. Last summer, he decided to open a deli shop and become the first person to get a small loan in the community.

He made a loan of twenty thousand yuan and stipulated that it would be repaid within one to two years with an interest rate of 1000 yuan per year.

The money was used by him to buy equipment, and business began to pick up.

In April of this year, he returned twenty thousand yuan principal and 500 yuan interest in advance.

In the second half of this year, the city's employment task is still heavy, and the total number of registered unemployed people will exceed the beginning of the year.

In order to promote re employment, a series of measures will be implemented before the end of the year.

Since September, the employment doubling plan for helping unemployed people to start their own businesses has been officially launched.

Before the end of the year, the municipal labor and Social Security Bureau will set up a "business guidance center" to provide unemployed workers with one-stop services such as project solicitation, business guidance and bank financing.
