Hebei Youth Employment And Entrepreneurship Initiatives Start

The Hebei Provincial Committee recently issued the opinions on implementing the 2009 Hebei youth employment and entrepreneurship action to the provincial level league organizations. The 2009 Hebei youth employment and entrepreneurship initiative, with the theme of "passion, youth and entrepreneurship" as the theme, was fully launched.

The 2009 Hebei youth employment and entrepreneurship action mainly aims at four groups of college graduates, graduates who have graduated from employment, laid-off and unemployed young people and migrant workers. Through holding the Hebei youth entrepreneurship competition and the first vocational technical competition of the provincial higher vocational colleges, it has established 1000 provincial employment entrepreneurial bases in the whole year, and carried out the "hundred schools thousand" youth pioneering lecture hall to strengthen the youth entrepreneurship consciousness, change the employment concept and improve the employment skills.

Through the socialized operation mode, we implemented the youth employment and entrepreneurship Community Assistance Project in Hebei Province, recruited hundreds of young volunteers to start employment and entrepreneurship in some communities in the province, implemented the youth apprenticeship program, and adopted the "1 + N" mode of apprenticeship to link all kinds of rural young talents and unemployed young people to help them learn professional skills.

At the same time, we should raise funds through social means, set up the Hebei youth venture fund with special public funds, provide start-up funds for youth entrepreneurship and employment, support young people to start their own businesses, and actively carry out support projects for young entrepreneurs in rural areas.

At the same time, we will build a network information service platform, register and open the Hebei youth employment and entrepreneurship network, publicize entrepreneurship models and publish employment information.
