Installment Contract Model
The seller: a person who is a customer.
The buyer: the company is a company.
Today, Party A (seller and owner) and Party B (buyer and user) have reached the following agreements on the sale of products in installments:
Article 1. The subject matter of this contract shall be: ",", ",", "and".
Party B can pay the following provisions to Party A:

Second party B shall pay the first party to the first party in advance.

Fourth Party A shall deliver the products of the company to Party B at the same time, and agree to the use of the product by Party B.
Fifth if Party B can pay second instalments and other expenses payable, Party A shall pay Party A as a delayed loss from the date of payment.
Sixth Party B shall use the products of the company in a proper way. If there is any violation, Party A can terminate this contract immediately.
Seventh Party B has failed two times in succession.

And if the amount of the unpaid price reaches 1/5 of the total price, Party A can ask Party B to pay the full price or cancel the contract due and due.
If Party A terminates the contract, it may request the Party B to pay the use fee of the object.
Eighth article

Dispute resolution: disputes arising from the execution of this contract shall be settled through consultation between the two parties, and may also be mediated by the local administrative departments for Industry and commerce.
