The promotion of executive power depends on certain leadership strategies.
In summary, there are two ways to push and pull.
"Pull" is a positive attraction. "Push" is a subjective motive force to supervise and urge cadres and staff to execute their leadership decisions quickly and effectively.
The strategy of "push" requires effective authorization, reasonable control and strict discipline.
Effective authorization means responsibility sharing. Therefore, when authorized, leaders must clearly understand the reasons and responsibilities for doing things, clearly express expectations, progress and quality requirements, stimulate optimism and provide the necessary resources support, rather than letting go.
When leaders of a company empower their subordinates to carry out their decision intentions, they do not make clear the principles, frameworks and resource conditions. Instead, they say, "this matter is handed over to you. As for how to do it, you make your own decision. I just ask the result without asking the process."
Subordinates are unknown, so they have to try to figure out what to do, and the results are not well executed. Even if some individuals with high natural instincts perform well, that is also accidental.
The strategy of "pull" includes attracting followers, implementing effective incentives and preparing for crisis management in the course of execution.
In modern commercial society, it is not enough for enterprise leaders to make their cadres and employees loyal followers, relying solely on the "mercy" and "carrot and stick" of the traditional power society. They need to show their vision and charisma in an equal manner.
In this way, leaders' decisions can be recognized by their subordinates from the bottom of their hearts.
