After 80 Entrepreneurs Should Pay Attention To Cultivating Team Spirit.

With the rapid development of the private economy and the increasingly large entrepreneurial force, Zhejiang has ushered in the 2008 Spring Hui Yan GUI elite summit.

By the end of April 15th, the Organizing Committee received 135 business plans in a unified format. After the careful selection of the organizing committee, 20 business plans were finalists.

Wang Zhongming, executive vice president of Zhejiang University School of management, who is employed as an entrepreneur mentor, hopes to aspiring young entrepreneurs who aspiring to start their own business.

Wang Zhongming believes that most Post-80 entrepreneurs often fall into the embarrassing situation of pursuing short-term economic benefits and neglecting the team spirit of teamwork.
