Entrepreneurship Is Not Necessarily Successful, But It Will Grow.
After graduating from college, I started my new life journey.
Is it satisfied with being a small white-collar worker in an office that is like spring, or is it going to exercise itself in a relatively difficult environment and explore a greater value in life?
Quite a few college students chose the latter.
The day before yesterday, the Municipal Education Commission held a symposium on Grassroots Employment for Shanghai college graduates. The graduates represented their experiences in rural areas, to the west, to hard jobs and to start their own businesses.
Zhao Xiafeng, who graduated from Fudan University in 2006 and participated in the "three supports and one support" program, worked for two years in Changchun village, Baoshan District.
When I first entered Fudan University, I like many other students. I hope to enter the famous multinational company after graduation.
With graduation approaching, many media reports on the lack of talent in the vast rural areas, I can not help but think of a new vision for my future: there is a vast world in rural areas, why not go to the countryside to play my intelligence?
So I enroll in the "three supports and one support" program.
I once served as the assistant director of Changchun village in the town of Yue Pu, and I interviewed villagers with the village cadres to visit the farmers and understand the peasants' lives.
From this, I have learned the basic methods of grass roots work: first, the work should be patient and meticulous.
Once, a cleaner in the village cried for the village cadres to complain, saying that the other members had misunderstood her.
The village cadre spent the afternoon patiently enlightening her, and eventually made the cleaner's face smile.
Two, rural work should be as close to local customs as possible.
For example, when a new policy is issued, how to publicize it to villagers and let them understand, understand and implement it is really a learning.
Grassroots work seems to be trivial, but in fact it is very capable of exercising.
I find it more practical and comprehensive to consider my own problems.
For example, if the village wants to attract foreign investment, I will consider how to design a preferential policy which is attractive and attractive. What kind of enterprises should be introduced, whether the imported enterprises will pollute the environment in the village, and how to provide logistic support services for the enterprises after the introduction.
Now, I have finished two years' life of "three supports and one support", and I have stayed in Yue Pu town to do community management work.
The countryside is a vast expanse of land, giving me the stage to show talents.
For the grass-roots work, I believe that only by paying their own heart, the people will sincerely treat you, support you, believe you.
Shao Yuyi, a graduate of Shanghai Theater Academy, once volunteered for the "western plan" to volunteer in Yunnan for a year.
When I was working in tipeng Town, Funing County, Yunnan, I became an English teacher in grade one.
I am very strict with students. I am strict in class. After class, I urge them to memorize words and texts frequently.
These children had not been subjected to such rigorous teaching and training before. Some children appeared rebellious, did not do homework, did not listen to class, and deliberately mischievous and troublesome, which made me very sad and very embarrassed.
When I was in class, several naughty students were in trouble again.
Those days, besides giving children lessons, I have to organize local performances and prepare lessons late at night, which is very hard.
In such a situation, I could not control my mood at once, I stood on the platform crying, and I said to my students, "I don't want to teach you."
Several students in the class immediately cried and said, "teacher, we like you."
I am ashamed to listen to the children's simple words. How can we retreat from a little difficulty?
So I adjusted my mood and said, "students, the outside world is wonderful. Although your hometown is still very poor, you can enrich your hometown through your own efforts, first of all, you need to learn cultural knowledge well."
The children listened quietly.
After that, the students in the class have made great progress in their studies.
Living in a big city, I didn't realize the hardships of the mountain people.
When I joined them personally, I realized what is the burden of work and life, and realized the joy of overcoming difficulties.
Now, when I am in trouble, I remember the difficulty of serving in the West.
Fan Zhiping, a master of Shanghai Ocean University graduates, applied for the support of 300 thousand yuan of science and technology venture fund in 2007, and set up Shanghai Qi Min Mdt InfoTech Ltd to start his own business.
Why do you choose to start a business?
This is closely related to my time and social atmosphere.
I came out of the countryside, taught family education, sold telephone cards, and opened a restaurant. The starting point was very simple, in order to earn tuition and living expenses.
In 2004, I was fortunate enough to be a graduate student in Shanghai. I participated in the entrepreneurship training course organized by the school at two. I realized that the most sacred employment is to contribute to the society, create jobs for others and create higher social values.
Alma mater gave me a lot of help in the process of starting a business.
The headmaster served as our company's expert advisor. The school also commissioned the manager of a successful enterprise to be my entrepreneurial mentor, giving me a full range of entrepreneurial guidance.
Today, my company has been established for more than six months, mainly engaged in brand planning and promotion of agricultural products, food quality and safety traceability, agricultural regional e-commerce and other services.
At present, the company has created 17 jobs. The food quality traceability system developed by us is at the leading level in China.
Recently, the assets management company of the alma mater is ready to increase its capital and expand its stock to help me.
In the process of entrepreneurship, I have figured out the essential elements of Entrepreneurship: passion and imagination.
Passion is a powerful driving force that has survived numerous setbacks, and imagination is the source of new business opportunities.
Many college students are overly critical of success or failure in the process of entrepreneurship. In fact, in less than 3% of the success rate of independent business, we young people should care more about their growth.
