China Cuts Subsidies To Create Opportunities For Pakistan'S Textile Industry

Asif Ali Rashid, chief executive of Almurtaza machinery, said that the Chinese government had cut its subsidy from 18% to 5%. Therefore, China's textile industry is facing some major problems, which will benefit Pakistan's competition with its main regional competitors.

Almurtaza machinery will display the latest embroidery machine at the Fifth Asian textile international fair, which will be held at the Karachi Expo Center in from April 4th to 7th.

This year, the highlight of Almurtaza is the Tajimas Sequin two generation, which is a twin device and is the first exhibitor product.

Now, this embroidery machine can embroider four different sizes, shapes and colors at a time.

The invention will be operated on the new 28 machine of Tajima, which is specially designed for the South Asian market. The South Asian market includes Pakistan, India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.

Asif Ali Rashid said that because of the appreciation of the renminbi and the government's subsidies, the current production cost of China's textile industry has increased by 30%, and the textile industry in Pakistan has obtained great opportunities.

Similarly, India textile is also facing currency appreciation, which is also conducive to Pakistan's competition with the two big powers. However, Bangladesh still has export advantages in the US and European markets.

He said that Pakistan companies always complain about the high cost of production and the amount of problems they face, but they never attach importance to the most important things.

Because of different marketing strategies, Pakistan's profit from some of the same quality products is 30% higher than that of its competitors.
