The spinning process of cotton type acrylic, polyester and wool A / T / W 80 / 10 / 1018 tex has been determined. The factors affecting the quality of the rolling process have been analyzed. Through reasonable deployment of the open cotton cleaning process, feasible measures have been taken to solve the problem of winding, winding, jam and uneven evenness of A / T / W 80 / 10 / 1018 tex blended yarn in the opening and cleaning process.

In recent years, with the improvement of people's living standard, people's requirements for clothing and textile products are getting higher and higher. Some ordinary varieties have been phased out in the fierce market competition.
Developing blended yarn of three kinds of raw materials, nitrile polyester and wool, plays a positive role in product upgrading, adapting to the market and improving the efficiency of enterprises.
China's combed wool and short wool are rich in resources, acrylic fiber has wool type characteristics, and the use of cotton spinning equipment to develop nitrile polyester wool blended yarn has the advantages of short process, low cost, high efficiency, good wool shape and so on.
However, in developing cotton blended yarn, it is necessary to take active and effective measures in the opening and cleaning process so as to ensure the smooth operation of the latter process.
1, raw material characteristics analysis
1.1 raw material properties
(1) polyester staple fiber (1.65 dtex * 38 mm) has the characteristics of good hygroscopicity and easy coloring. It can be made on polyester staple fiber opening and cleaning equipment.
(2) cotton acrylic fiber (1.65 dtex * 38mm) is very similar to wool and looks like wool. Wool blended with wool is made of wool, which is characterized by low cost and good wool shape.
Because the 1.65 dtex 38mm cotton type acrylic fiber has the following characteristics, which affects the spinnability: less impurity, more hard wire and more wire, low temperature, easy to generate static electricity during the processing, winding the roller and the thug in the spinning equipment; the fiber has greater cohesion and frictional resistance, and requires higher mechanical passages in spinning process; the elasticity is better, but it is more fluffy and easy to adhere.
(3) short wool top has better wool feeling and shorter length, and it can be mixed with polyester and nitrile after opening and cleaning.

Acrylic fibers are easy to tangle with rollers and thugs in the process of opening and cleaning cotton. They are easy to block pipes, easy to stick and roll, and have poor uniformity.
(1) acrylic fiber plugging and cleaning single pipe, winding and opening single cotton roller and hatchet, affecting production and efficiency, resulting in supply disconnection.
(2) the difficulty of unwinding the acrylic yarn to the carding process is serious, which directly affects the unevenness of the sliver, causing uneven yarn weight, and increasing the number of flowers in the production process.
(3) the uniformity of acrylic fiber winding is poor, resulting in uneven yarn evenness.
3, the process and measures to start the cotton cleaning process.
In order to prevent entanglement and prevent traffic jam, we should adopt the principle of "more loose and less fighting, more combing, more recycling, less elimination and full mixing".
The details are as follows:
(1) the form of the beater: choose the combing needle roller that combating relaxation and combing function instead of porcupine beater.
(2) the speed of the beater: the speed of the whole comb needle roller is 500 R / min to 550 R / min, and the speed of the roll maker is 750 R / min ~ 800 R / min..
(3) fan speed is changed from original 1300 R / min to 1500 R / min.
(4) spacing is suitable for small intervals, dust rods are installed instead of air, and additional air recovery is carried out to seal the individual falling zones to ensure the smooth delivery of the fibers. The distance between the dust rods and the thugs is increased 1.5 times, reducing the excessive fiber kneading to produce bundles; giving the cotton roller to the 12mm distance between the hatchet and the hatchet, and adjusting the spacing between the cotton knives and the hatchet to 1mm, can solve the problem of the filament winding needle bar driver.
(5) regularly clean the pipes, especially the elbow parts of the pipes, wipe out burrs and cotton wax every three days, which can effectively solve the phenomenon of fiber blockage.
3.2 prevent sticky roll
To prevent sticky rolls, the following measures can be taken:
(1) the roving machine is equipped with a roving device.
With 6 to 8 roving interlayer, it is not easy to adhere when carding and unwinding.
(2) heat setting.
In the second and third tension rollers, the heating wire is heated by electric heating wire, so that the surface temperature of the two rollers is controlled at about 100 degrees Celsius, so that the fiber layer is temporarily heated to form, and the fluffy phenomenon is reduced.
(3) acrylic fiber coil weight is fixed and short fixed length.
The acrylic fiber coil is made of a slightly heavier and shorter length process, adjusting the fixed length gear from the original 33 teeth to 28 teeth, and the weight is guaranteed to be about 13kg.

(5) increase the ratio of cotton to upper and lower cages.
A single dust cage is used to gather fibers to seal the air duct on the left and right sides of the cage to close the dust cage and absorb the wind, thereby reducing the amount of condensed fiber in the dust cage and keeping the proportion of the aggregate fiber in the upper and lower cages at about 7:3, which is significant for preventing the rolling effect.
3.3 enhance uniformity control
In order to control the evenness of cotton rolls, the following measures can be taken:
(1) in order to reduce the formation of fiber clusters in the cotton fabric, the A092 double cotton bins will reduce the stock of the front storage box and the rear storage box. In order to prevent the return stroke from returning to the roller, the V curtain will increase 3mm-5 mm and lower the storage height.
(2) do a good job in quantitative supply.
In order to ensure uniform and stable output fiber layer, the operation rate of the cotton box is controlled at 85%-90%, which reduces the fluctuation of cotton output caused by stopping the cotton machine parts and controls the evenness of the cotton roll better.
(3) clean pipes regularly.
Due to the large friction factor of acrylic fiber and metal, it is easy to scratch the channel wall, cause sticky fibers, increase resistance to flow, and make cotton flow unsmooth. Regular cleaning of pipes will solve this problem.
(4) dulcimer crossing chromium.

4, concluding remarks
(1) after taking corresponding technological and technical measures, there is little traffic jam in the process of opening cotton. The production of acrylic rolls is 100 in each class, and the production efficiency is higher. Each head is produced more than 40 -50 rolls, which guarantees the stability of supply and production.
(2) basically eliminated the phenomenon of sticky coil, the acrylic fiber coil was more smoothly to the carding and unwinding, less flowed back, normal operation, no occurrence of needle clothing due to sticky roll.
(3) the quality is relatively stable, and the uniformity of acrylic yarn in each test can be controlled within the index range.
