Understanding:
1. What is a single piece of water?

Three, why do we need to carry out single piece flow?
1, shorten the production cycle, because the one-piece flow is the synchronous operation of all production personnel, which reduces the waste of human resources to the greatest extent, and the production efficiency greatly shortens the production cycle.
2, reduce WIP inventory: as the production mode of the single piece flow is a backward pull production mode, the number of the last process required and the amount of production before the process will be produced. Therefore, in the manufacturing process, each process is operated synchronously at one time, namely, a finished product shop.
3, save the production space: because the single piece flow is the process of quickly producing the finished product, there is no need to stock any material in the production process, which greatly saves the production space.
4, reduce the number of defective products: the production mode of single piece flow is one batch, the whole one.

Synchronous operation can produce a finished product at a time, so it can detect problems in time and minimize the probability of occurrence of defective products.
5, improve productivity: the essence of single piece flow is unit synchronization, and each post is a unit.
