Jiangmen Seized 16062 Pieces Of Fake Wolves And Other Garments.

From the Guangdong Provincial Bureau of industry and commerce, recently, the Jiangmen municipal bureau investigated and dealt with a trademark infringement case according to the clues of the masses, and seized and sealed 16062 brand-name clothing such as "seven wolves" on the spot.

In April 7th, the Jiangmen Bureau conducted a law enforcement inspection of a garment company according to law enforcement officers. The scene found that the shelves were stacked with SEPTWOLVES (seven wolves), GLORDANO (Giordano), GrayMice (squirrel) and other brands of trousers and Levis, LACOSTE, Tommy and other brands of upper garment.

During the inspection process, the parties can only provide the business license, failing to provide the brand authorization letter, the trademark license and the relevant entrusted use certificate for the above garments, which are suspected of infringing upon the registered trademark products of others.

The law enforcement officers investigated and filed the case in accordance with the law, and seized 16062 pieces of clothing related to the store and its warehouses on the spot, including the computer sales tickets, receipts two couplers and business records.

At present, the case is being further processed.
