AQSIQ Spot Checks Show That: Two Cashmere Sweater Quality Is Not Qualified

The results of spot checks showed that the individual coincidence rates of formaldehyde content, pH value, decomposable aromatic amine dye and color fastness in the spot checks were 100%, and three times in the state supervision and spot check of cashmere knitwear all met the requirements of the national standard.

The main quality problems found in spot checks are:

1, some products of dichloromethane soluble substances exceed the standard.

Dichloromethane soluble substances are the components that can be extracted from cashmere knitwear, which can be extracted by dichloromethane, including natural wool oil and various auxiliaries such as spinning oil, detergents, softeners and so on.

FZ/T73009-1997 "cashmere knitwear" standard stipulates that the solubility of dichloromethane in cashmere knitwear should not exceed 1.7%.

In the spot checks, there were disqualification of dichloromethane soluble substances in some products. Among them, 1 products, dichloromethane soluble substances, had a detection value of 3%, which exceeded the requirements stipulated in the national standard limit.

Dichloromethane soluble substances in cashmere knitwear are on the high side, which may cause peculiar smell and feel sticky.

2, individual products slack shrinkage is not qualified.

The relaxation shrinkage items reflect the wearing performance of cashmere knitwear, and also reflect the quality of raw materials and the level of production technology.

FZ/T73009-1997 "cashmere knitwear" standard stipulates that the lower limit of relaxation shrinkage of cashmere knitwear is -5%.

In the spot checks, the detection value of individual product width relaxation shrinkage is -8%, which exceeds the lower limit specified by the standard.

In accordance with the main quality problems found in spot checks, AQSIQ has instructed all departments in charge of quality and technology supervision to deal with the enterprises with unqualified product quality in accordance with the law of product quality law and other relevant laws and regulations.
