The purchase and installation of 15989 types of frequency converters, the total installed capacity of 55 thousand and 700 kilowatts, the total budget investment of 54 million 204 thousand and 300 yuan, after the completion of the project can save electricity 57 million 801 thousand kilowatt hours, the standard coal 21155 tons.

Jiang Jinxiu said that in addition to saving electricity, the energy saving technology pformation has abolished the use of the original electromagnetic clutch, energy receiving device, reactance electric appliance, time relay and rectifier. These equipment has saved material cost 190 thousand yuan, reduced maintenance cost 171 thousand yuan, and pformer has been pformed to load adjustable, the whole company has reduced burning motor 360 times, and the whole year can save maintenance cost 108 thousand yuan, for the enterprise, the benefit is very considerable.
