The Canadian International Trade Court Decided To Investigate The Protective Measures For Imported Polyester Filament Cloth.
In June 4, 2008, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal issued a notice that, according to the application of Peerless Clothing Inc., it decided to investigate the procedures for the initiation of safeguards for imported polyester filament cloth.
The polyester filament cloth is mainly used for the knee lining of trousers, and the weight is not more than 55 grams / square meter, and the customs code of the case involved is 54076990.
