(2) funds for international market development of small and medium-sized enterprises.

It was set up in 2000 to provide support for small and medium-sized enterprises to participate in overseas exhibitions, business management system certification, product certification, overseas patent applications, international marketing promotion, overseas advertising and trademark registration, overseas market inspection, overseas investment (discussion) standards, enterprise training and so on.

By the end of 2007, the central government had allocated 5 billion 880 million yuan for the international market development of small and medium-sized enterprises.

In recent years, the international market development fund of small and medium-sized enterprises has provided support from small and medium-sized enterprises from 6 categories and 19 sub categories, such as overseas exhibitions, certification, overseas market publicity, new market development, training and seminars, overseas investment (discussion), and so on. It not only grasped the key links for SMEs to develop the international market, but also had strong operability and gained positive evaluation from enterprises.

(3) funds for pformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements.

The special funds for small and medium enterprises development will focus on supporting small and medium-sized enterprises to change their development mode, speed up structural adjustment, promote the development and application of new products and technologies for energy saving and emission reduction, guide SMEs to take the road of "specialized, precise, specific and new", encourage SMEs credit guarantee institutions to provide loan guarantee services for SMEs, support small and medium enterprises to participate in China's international small and medium enterprises fairs, and enhance the market competitiveness of SMEs.

Founded in 2004, it is used to support the construction of public service platform for SMEs throughout the country.

It mainly includes: the purchase of advanced, common and applicable technological achievements; expenditure on information collection; necessary equipment purchase.
