    According to the insiders, the phenomenon of "busy work" has appeared in Pinghu for two or three years. The earliest employees were from the garment enterprises, or from the large clothing companies in Guangdong and Shenzhen to work in Pinghu.

    This group of people often does not enter the work of a company in a fixed way. Instead, they choose to do short-term work of freedom, and form a business network between them.

    The technical requirements of "busy workers" are quite high. Generally, they are required to be "versatile". For example, clothing sewing workers are also required to dress, roll, collar, embroidery and so on.

    It is precisely because of this technology that these "busy workers" get a handsome salary.

    At present, a "busy worker" in Pinghu has paid about 150 yuan a day.

    The "plug in" workers who have been invited to solve many production problems of enterprises should be glad, but many enterprises consider this to be a helpless choice.

    Li Lianghua said that the work of "busy workers" is relatively large, sometimes even at a loss.

    But it is still very cost-effective compared with the unfinished task and the high compensation fee.

    This is also the main reason for the existence of "busy worker".

    There are more than 1500 large and small garment enterprises in Pinghu, and more than ten thousand workers are engaged in garment production.

    Although there are only a few thousand people at present, the rapid development of it can not be ignored.

    From the phenomenon of a few years ago to the streets of every town in the city, from the original short-term "busy" to the current annual "plug in", their wages also rose from the past 60 yuan a day to the current 100 yuan a day, the highest time even reached 200 yuan a day.

    The phenomenon of "busy work" has become more and more serious, which has aroused concern among the people in the industry.

    Fei Yonghua, executive vice president of Pinghu garment industry association, said that the emergence of "busy workers" had a negative effect on the entire garment industry of Pinghu. It directly caused the disorderly competition of the labor force, and had some impact on some large enterprises.

    Because of the growing number of "busy workers", small businesses are facing difficulties in cost control.

    Industry analysts believe that due to market demand, the "busy workers" phenomenon will exist in a longer period of time.

    It is possible to set up a special service center for "busy workers" in various towns and streets, and incorporate these non-governmental organizations into the unified management of the government.
