"When the selling price of products is unchanged, the increase of export tax rebate rate will directly lead to the increase of gross profit margin of enterprises, which will greatly promote the recovery of enterprise performance."

Faced with the first adjustment of the export tax rebate rate this year, the relevant head of Pingyang State Taxation Bureau told reporters.

In July 30th, the Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation issued an urgent notice to raise the export tax rebate rate of some textiles, clothing and some bamboo products. The export rebate rate of 31 textile and garment products of concern has increased from 11% to 13%.

It is understood that at present, there are 209 import and export enterprises registered and registered in our county, of which 21 are foreign trade enterprises and 188 are production enterprises.

There are more than 150 enterprises with normal import and export business, mainly in pet products, belts, leather, automobile and motorcycle accessories, clothing, machinery, aquatic products and other industries.

The export tax rebate adjustment will affect the export of 12 clothing and textile enterprises in our county.

The fine-tuning is a welcome thing for our county's clothing and textile enterprises, because the export tax rebate rate is raised by 1 percentage points, which is equivalent to directly increasing the total export volume of enterprises to 1% of the profits of enterprises.

The county tax officials also reminded the relevant enterprises that the export contracts which had already signed the export contracts and the prices could not be changed before the enterprises had signed the export tax rebates in August 1st this year. The export enterprises can register the documents with the tax authorities in charge of the export tax rebates in our county within the stipulated time within the stipulated time.

After filing, the declaration of export before January 1st next year will be carried out according to the tax rebate rate before adjustment.

It is reported that from 1 to July this year, Pingyang county had examined 137 million 630 thousand yuan of documents, of which 69 million 290 thousand yuan was exempt from tax and 68 million 340 thousand yuan should be refunded.

The 116 million 270 thousand yuan was pferred to the library, of which the exemption amount was 61 million 270 thousand yuan, the tax refund amount should be 55 million yuan, and the processing amount of incoming material was 19 million 580 thousand yuan.

Compared with 2007, the total tax exemption and refund amount generated by manufacturing enterprises with import and export rights in Pingyang amounted to 208 million yuan.
