From the proportion of head office sales in the whole, it is as high as 57%, which is far higher than that of the 37% stores.
Moreover, the sales revenue of the three Vietnam main store also includes two shops, such as "Hui Bi Hou" and "Tama".
It can be seen that the bargaining power of the three Vietnam general store has no absolute advantage compared with its branches, and the head office has absolute right to speak in bargaining with suppliers.
In order to integrate the two enterprises' organizational structure, it is necessary to strengthen the ability of commodity planning.
Therefore, the unified management of goods planning of the three Vietnam branch is not only to introduce the experience of isdan, but also to integrate the organization and functional departments and produce synergy.
According to the plan of integration between the two sides, the integration of the operation system of the three Vietnam and the Iraqi side will be completed in April 2010. In the future, the two sides will adopt the way of exchanging personnel to achieve the docking of information system as soon as possible, and create conditions for the integration of the enterprise operation system.
