Hongkong'S Listing Plan Is Temporarily Canceled.

Yesterday, the mainland sporting goods company (HK) announced that it will suspend its listing plan in Hongkong for the time being.

In the announcement, Mr. Xi said that the company needed more time to consider the situation now known and announced that it would temporarily shelve its original listing plan.

It is understood that Xi Long lung originally planned to sell 500 million shares, of which 450 million shares were allotment, 50 million shares were open for sale, the offer price was set at 1.38~1.98 Hong Kong dollars, and plans to raise HK $690 million ~9.9 billion.

Its sponsor is Goldman Sachs and Deutsche Bank.

According to its prospectus, the stock was originally planned for listing in July 11th.

Founded in 2002, it is a sports and leisure apparel brand. Its main products include shoes, clothing and accessories.
