The first Committee on leather shoes Standardization Technical Committee consists of 38 members. The chairman of Wenzhou shoe leather industry association and chairman of Kangnai group, Zheng Xiukang, is the chairman. There are 7 well-known shoe enterprises in Wenzhou.

The committee is mainly responsible for the revision of the national standard of leather shoes product technical requirements and testing methods. The Zhejiang quality and Technology Supervision Bureau is responsible for the daily management. The Federation of light industry of China is responsible for the guidance of its standardization, approval and approval through the national footwear Standardization Technical Committee.

This is the first National Standardization Committee settled in Wenzhou.
