Enterprise opportunities and challenges coexist
In the new regulations on the implementation of the new labor contract law, employee welfare, contract signing time and overtime pay are the most important factors affecting footwear enterprises. It is the payment of social security for employees, which will greatly increase the labor cost of shoemaking enterprises. In the interview, most enterprises indicated that the new regulations have been implemented, and the enterprises will make corresponding adjustments, and sign contracts with employees according to the requirements of the state's new labor contract law.
For dragon enterprises such as rich birds, PEAK and other industries, enterprises have always attached great importance to the protection of employee benefits. Therefore, the implementation of the new labor contract law is not very influential. Xu Jingnan, chairman of PEAK group, said that the new labor contract law stipulates a lot of employee benefits. PEAK has already provided the employees, so the implementation of this labor law will not increase the labor cost of the group too much.
And for many small and medium-sized shoe enterprises, especially those who earn a small processing fee purely for export processing, the new labor contract law may bring "disaster". A business owner said that if the enterprises did not discount the new labor contract law, those who simply export processing and profit margins would not be able to afford them. Without changing the development strategy and mode in time, it will inevitably disappear from the industry.
Insiders said that the implementation of the new labor contract law objectively accelerated the industry integration of Quanzhou shoe industry since last year, and accelerated the elimination of those pure processing enterprises with non-standard management and low added value. This is a great opportunity for the large enterprises in the industry to integrate and redevelop, and the small and medium-sized enterprises will face greater challenges of survival. If we do not carry out technological innovation, increase the basis of added value of products, improve the management and efficiency of enterprises, we will be ruthlessly eliminated by the market.
How to solve the problem of pre job training?
In addition, according to the tenth chapter of the second chapter of the new labor law, "if a labor contract has been established and no written labor contract has been written at the same time, a written labor contract shall be concluded within one month from the date of employment." However, the new labor contract law does not specify the pre job training for enterprises.
