Zhejiang Leather And Other Industrial Enterprises Profit Growth Fell Sharply

In the 1-2 month of this year, the main business income of Industrial Enterprises above Designated Size in Zhejiang province was 500 billion 570 million yuan, an increase of 19.5% over the same period last year.

Among them, the oil processing, coking and nuclear fuel processing industry suffered losses in the whole industry, with a loss of 1 billion 260 million yuan; the profits of furniture manufacturing, non-metallic mineral products, cultural and educational sporting goods manufacturing, leather, fur, feather products, chemical fiber manufacturing, thermal power production and supply industry were negative.

Zhejiang Bureau of Statistics recently analyzed that the main reason for the sharp drop in profits is that the international crude oil prices have risen substantially, and the prices of their downstream products have also been affected. The prices of raw materials in chemical fiber and other industries have risen sharply, bringing greater cost pressures to the corresponding industries, and the impact of natural disasters.

In addition, the export tax rebate, RMB appreciation, bank lending interest rate increase and other factors superimposed, also makes some enterprises' financial costs rise.
