The 5 items jointly organized by Baoan District are mainly related to the land use problems of enterprises, including the two phase project construction land of Shenzhen Zhijun Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., the development land of Yin Bao Shan New Industrial Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Chuang Ming Battery Technology Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Tianrui Instrument Co., Ltd., the land use of Shenzhen Square Technology Co., Ltd. 30 thousand square meters plant land.

At present, the two phase project construction land of Zhijun Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. has been incorporated into the annual plan of land acquisition and land use in 2008. The planning department of Baoan District has received the land use plan and the planning and design requirements issued by the Municipal Planning Bureau in July 8th, and has carried out the preliminary verification work of the auction.

According to the opinions of the planning and land department, according to the current policy, the industrial land needs to be obtained through bidding and auction.
