A large number of other enterprises, however, did not do anything when they had already felt the early warning signals. When the crisis was just showing up, they did not take positive measures to reduce staff wages when the cost increased; they relied on low price sales when the exchange rate was rising; they relied on the relocation of different places to re pollute when the exchange rate was rising; they relied on export tax rebates when the export was unprofitable; there was no technological upgrading, no product innovation, no independent brands, or even their own market, and they relied on 10 or even 20 years ago.

It did not fundamentally change itself, nor did it escape the crisis when the crisis came. It fell in the wind of winter.

"Thousands of shoe enterprises fail" and "nearly 10000 enterprises intend to close or move away" are exaggerated, but they also depict their helpless backs.

This is reminiscent of the story of "cold bird".

As a matter of fact, many of the enterprises that failed to survive and will survive this winter, many of them simply lost the "winter" capital in the environment of warm boiled frog when they were prepared for the coming crisis and had a negative response.

Those who can successfully pass the winter will be the signs of anticipating the crisis in the early morning, and actively take actions to adjust themselves to improve the ability to resist risks.
