    2. varieties

    At the beginning, the products produced by wet steam curing were confined to PU's luggage leather. However, with the development of new materials, a series of wet cured materials have been applied.

    Soft wet curing materials for soft synthetic leather development, low modulus, good adhesion.

    It can be applied to elastic luggage leather and bright garment leather.

    The cold and moisture resistant curing material is designed for leather synthetic leather, and its folding resistance reaches more than 20000 times at -15.

    It can be widely used in the production of shoe leather.

    Yellowing resistant wet steam curing material is applied to the yellowing leather for yellowing and so on. The Yellow resistance can reach four grade.

    The oil felt wax moisture curing technology can give moisture to various surface tactility, and provide various high gloss and high gloss crystal products for bags, shoes, clothing and decorative leather.

    3.PVC moisture curing

    Because PVC artificial leather is made from PVC resin and DOP plasticizer, the surface of PVC semi finished product often has precipitation of DOP, which brings difficulty to the combination of moisture curing agent and PVC.

    A 3% DOP anti leakage agent is developed in a wet steam curing material to effectively prevent the precipitation of DOP and prevent the occurrence of oil spots.

    The synthetic leather produced by wet steam curing process is completed in a dry process. It requires not only a large dust-free workshop, but also slow production process and high cost.

    Because there are no such conditions in some factories, it is difficult to produce this kind of high brightness products. Therefore, the production of moisture proof steam curing materials becomes necessary.

    Two. Oil skin

    The moisture proof steam curing material is also known as the oil skin material, which simplifies the drying process of wet steam curing. The material is mixed with butyl ester and dye water, and can be rolled and sprayed and dried directly after drying. The crystal effect is basically close to that of wet steam curing products.

    Because the surface is covered with a touch of oil and oil, it is called oil skin.

    Because the production of oil skin is convenient and simple, it is widely used at present. It not only occupies a part of the wet steam curing on the luggage leather, but also plays a leading role in shoe leather.

    There are many kinds of oil skin materials, including the raw materials of nitrocellulose and polyurethane.

    Different materials are selected according to different product types and requirements.

    The advantages of waterborne polyurethane such as high brightness oil skin and good environmental protection have become a highlight of oil skin.

    In the future, oil skin materials are not only widely used in luggage leather and shoe leather, but also widely used in garment leather, furniture leather and decorative leather.

    Three. Polishing

    The polishing technology has been widely applied to the production of synthetic leather. The principle is to make the surface of the fogging surface become oily and bright by polishing, adding the sense of layering and leather.

    The general process is:

    Wet semi-finished veneer - embossing - printing and polishing agent - drying and rolling - polishing machine polishing - rubbing - check.

    The shoe leather and garment leather produced by the polishing process appear to be of a sense of hierarchy, and after rubbing and finishing, the top of the pattern is rubbed and brighter, showing the natural essence.

    Recently, another new material is water rubbing and polishing material, which provides a new direction for garment leather and shoe leather in the second half of the year.

    Process: wet semi-finished veneer (or embossing) - printing special treatment agent - drying - water rubbing - rubbing dry - inspection.

    Four. Wash the bright side.

    Washed garment leather has been very popular, but the washed leather faces are foggy, giving people a feeling of old and old.

    The water washing material on the bright side has been affirmed by several large companies.

    Basic steps: bright surface washing materials, waterborne organic brown pulp, deionized water mixed with 5:1:1, 80 mesh printing, drying (3 minutes, 130 degrees).

    Dermat effect: the style of the product made from this bright surface water washing material is especially bright and slippery at the top, and there is an excellent sense of hierarchy at the bottom of the pattern, which is full of fashionable and bright style.

    Five. Highlight coating

    Nylon fabric and other garment fabrics are used as substrates, and high - solid and bright resin is directly coated on the direct coating machine. The high brightness coating material produced has unexpected effect this year.

    Most of the previous coatings were acrylic coatings. Due to environmental protection and other factors, acrylic coatings gradually decreased, while ordinary PU coatings did not meet the requirements of high gloss and high gloss.

    The process of highlighting coating agents is the same as that of ordinary PU coatings. The two materials are used together because of the soft touch of the coating and the higher modulus of the coating is to prevent adhesion of the coating, and at the same time to improve the brightness of the coating.

    In the production process, we should pay attention to adequate drying, and the air volume and temperature of oven can be raised appropriately, otherwise, indentation and wrinkle will easily occur.
