China'S Shoe Enterprises Are Pforming Their Products And Export Shoe Enterprises Are Competing For The Domestic Market.
中國是世界最大的鞋類生產(chǎn)地區(qū),但自去年以來,受到人民幣升值、原材料漲價(jià)、能源緊缺、國外貿(mào)易壁壘等因素的影響,鞋類出口形勢嚴(yán)峻。在鞋類產(chǎn)量接近全國一半的廣東,今年以來鞋類出口結(jié)束了連續(xù)多年的快速增長,首次出現(xiàn)較大幅度的下降。
廣州海關(guān)的最新統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)顯示,2008年廣東鞋類出口企業(yè)大幅減少,有出口實(shí)績的企業(yè)由去年同期的5811家降至今年上半年的3924家,其中珠三角鞋類出口企業(yè)降幅更為明顯,由去年同期的5043家降至今年上半年的2617家,降幅高達(dá)48.1%。同時(shí),今年上半年廣東出口鞋類產(chǎn)品16.3億雙,比去年同期下降15.8%。
與出口企業(yè)和數(shù)量雙雙下降形成鮮明對(duì)比的是,上半年廣東鞋類出口額49.6億元,增長9.2%;出口均價(jià)3美元/雙,增長29.6%,呈現(xiàn)出“量降價(jià)升”的局面。
對(duì)此,廣東鞋業(yè)廠商會(huì)會(huì)長丘小廣認(rèn)為,這是制鞋業(yè)的結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整中出現(xiàn)的一個(gè)好苗頭,反映了鞋企正加速整合,向集約化方向發(fā)展。
出口鞋企開始爭奪國內(nèi)市場
廣東鞋業(yè)廠商會(huì)秘書長吳航表示,在嚴(yán)峻的出口形勢之下,善于發(fā)展內(nèi)銷、“兩條腿”走路的企業(yè)受影響相對(duì)較小。目前我國每年消費(fèi)鞋品近23億雙,已經(jīng)成為世界上最大的鞋品消費(fèi)國,開拓國內(nèi)市場對(duì)企業(yè)生存和發(fā)展十分重要。
陳油是廣東惠東縣一家中等規(guī)模鞋廠的負(fù)責(zé)人,由于一直堅(jiān)持“兩條腿”走路,且內(nèi)銷多于外銷,其企業(yè)的經(jīng)營受出口形勢影響并不大。陳油說:“前景不悲觀也不樂觀,現(xiàn)在最缺的是善于開拓國內(nèi)市場的營銷人才。”
佛山市南海區(qū)長城鞋業(yè)有限公司是一家有1000多名工人的較大企業(yè),產(chǎn)品主要出口歐洲和美國。企業(yè)負(fù)責(zé)人凌生苗告訴記者,今年出口形勢很嚴(yán)峻,企業(yè)壓力很大,除了通過自身調(diào)整克服出口不利因素外,公司還成立了一個(gè)開發(fā)部打造自主品牌發(fā)展內(nèi)銷,產(chǎn)品將于9月上市。
據(jù)雅式展覽服務(wù)有限公司負(fù)責(zé)人介紹,將在10月底舉行的中國東莞國際鞋展、鞋機(jī)展上,主辦方除了一如既往地大力邀請(qǐng)海外買家外,考慮到眾多企業(yè)目前高度關(guān)注國內(nèi)市場,還特別積極吸引華東、華南、華北、西南等國內(nèi)重要鞋類產(chǎn)、銷基地的商家前來參觀采購,以提供更多的國內(nèi)商機(jī)。
消費(fèi)者將從制鞋業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型中獲益
據(jù)廣東鞋業(yè)廠商會(huì)分析,鞋企紛紛爭奪國內(nèi)市場將極大促進(jìn)國內(nèi)鞋類消費(fèi)市場與國際接軌,消費(fèi)者將享受到更多時(shí)尚、物美價(jià)廉的鞋類產(chǎn)品。
業(yè)內(nèi)人士認(rèn)為,越來越多的企業(yè)開始重視提升科技創(chuàng)新能力,部分企業(yè)建立了制鞋工程研發(fā)中心,廣東制鞋行業(yè)已開始啟動(dòng)成品鞋、材料與部件、制鞋設(shè)備等領(lǐng)域的技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作;企業(yè)進(jìn)一步走向?qū)I(yè)化生產(chǎn),新技術(shù)、新材料、新工藝在制鞋行業(yè)中將得到更多的應(yīng)用和發(fā)展,這些都將促進(jìn)國內(nèi)鞋類消費(fèi)市場的升級(jí)換代。
Wu Hang, Secretary General of Guangdong Footwear Manufacturers Association, said that a large number of shoe-making enterprises are looking at the domestic market, and will further promote the domestic footwear market to further develop into fashion, quality and price concessions. Apart from the fact that enterprises can gain more room for survival in expanding the domestic market, consumers can also benefit directly from it. This is a manifestation of a healthy and mature market.
