According to the statistics of the National Bureau of statistics, in June 2008, China's Enterprises above Designated Size produced 1 million 999 thousand tons of all kinds of yarns, and once again set a record high. Compared with the same period last year, they continued to grow, an increase of 9% over the same period last year, and the growth rate slowed down compared with the same period last year.

Cotton yarn produced 1 million 608 thousand and 100 tons, an increase of 171 thousand and 400 tons over the same period, an increase of 73 thousand and 100 tons from the previous month, 241 thousand and 100 tons of all kinds of blended yarns, a decrease of 1.95% over the same period last year, and the production of 150 thousand and 200 tons of all kinds of purified yarns, which is basically the same as that of the same period last year.

In 1-6 months, 10 million 279 thousand and 100 tons of yarn were produced, representing an increase of 10.85% over the first half of 2007.

In the first ten months of 07/08, 17 million 445 thousand and 800 tons of yarn had been produced, an increase of 11.50% over the same period.

Judging from the production situation of various provinces, Shandong is still a large province of yarn production. In June, it accumulated 579 thousand and 500 tons, an increase of 17.19% over the same period last year, a slight increase from last month, an increase of 1.36% over the same period last month. In the first half of this year, Shandong province produced 3 million 6 thousand and 800 tons of all kinds of yarn, accounting for 29.25% of the total spinning volume of the country, which is still far higher than that of other provinces.

In the ten provinces before the yarn production, the output of Jiangsu, Hubei, Guangdong and Xinjiang in the same month decreased slightly compared with the same period last year. The decline was the most in Jiangsu, down 6.55% in the same period last year, while the Henan, Zhejiang and Anhui provinces maintained a relatively high growth rate, reaching 30.59%, 24.98% and 10.03% year-on-year.

In the first half of this year, Ningxia, Henan and Hunan had strong growth, up 574.87%, 40.65% and 24.58% respectively.

In recent years, the trend of spinning output shows that the spinning output in June will reach the highest point in the first half of this year. This year's situation is similar to that of previous years. However, because of the economic situation at home and abroad this year, the market situation is blocked, and the growth of spinning output has dropped, but output is still growing.

In terms of spinning output in July, we believe that there may be a decrease.

The main consideration is several aspects. First, the high temperature in summer has caused a certain decrease in labor efficiency, and production will also be hindered.

Two, as the weather temperature increases, industrial electricity and non industrial electricity increase, the power pressure is greater, some parts of the phenomenon of electricity, some enterprises also take the opportunity to machine maintenance.

Three, the three quarter of the year is the traditional textile business off-season. Originally, the textile market this year is not good. It shows that the peak season is not prosperous, and the market is in the off-season. The market sales are even more sluggish.

Four, the prices of raw materials for textile production are still high, and the economic situation and trade situation both at home and abroad are more difficult, and the atmosphere of market wait-and-see is heavier.

Although we are cautious about the production and operation in the next two months, the four quarter is also the peak season for textile sales. No matter whether the market sales in the four quarter can go out of the peak season, it is much better than the off-season market. It is not difficult to estimate that the spinning output of the whole year will exceed 21 million tons.

Because according to past years, the spinning output will not be lower than the first half of the year, and last year the total output of yarn is 19 million 986 thousand and 500 tons. If the average increase is only 10% over half a year, the spinning output will exceed 21 million tons this year.
