People Who Buy Inferior Shoes Win The Carrefour Supermarket

I bought three pairs of shoes in the supermarket, but I just nearly wore my feet on them.

The angry people brought the supermarket to court and got double compensation.

In September last year, Mr Wu spent 107.7 yuan on three pairs of men's shoes at the Carrefour supermarket. After buying shoes, he wore shoes to his friends because they did not fit their feet.

But friends did not wear them long enough to give them to Mr. Wu: "what shoes are these?

Before I could wear it, I almost sprained my ankle. The quality was too poor.

Mr Wu saw that some places were degumming, and some of them were crooked.

"These three pairs of shoes should be unqualified products."

He took his shoes to a friend who worked in the quality inspection institute, and his friend drew the shoes in his hand to draw such a conclusion.

The supplier of shoes is Wencheng foreign trade company in Zhejiang. Wu feels that although consumers can protect the company, it is too far away from Nanjing. He chose to find a supermarket to sell shoes to take responsibility.

But Carrefour supermarket did not give him a satisfactory answer.

In July of this year, he told the supermarket to the Xuanwu District Court to claim double compensation on the grounds of "cheating consumers". Meanwhile, he made mental compensation and apologized.

Who knows the court, the supermarket side did not ask for the shoes to be sent to the quality inspection department for identification, and readily acknowledged that the shoes were indeed "unqualified".

Recently, the court decided that the supermarket's behavior was fraudulent, and the supermarket decided to compensate Mr. Wu twice.
