A total of 2073 footwear manufacturers in Spain in 2007, a decrease of 9.4% over the previous year, a total of 30715 workers, a decrease of 8.37% over the previous year; a total of 108 million 400 thousand pairs of shoes were produced, a decrease of 8.37% over the same period last year, with a total value of 1 billion 906 million euros, a year-on-year decrease of 7.46%; 101 million 160 thousand 101 million 160 thousand for export, 1 billion 892 million euros for exports, and an average price of 18.63 euros for export shoes, which was more than last year's increase; imports were double, total imports were euro, and the average unit price of imported shoes was Euro euros, down from last year.

According to statistics from the Ministry of industry and tourism, the total export volume of Spain's footwear exports to China amounted to 8 million 110 thousand euros in the first three quarters of 2008, accounting for 0.52% of its total exports.
